Downdraught Benches & Spray Booths

A range of systems to reduce airborne dust and fumes and protect operators when carrying out sanding and painting applications.

Downdraught Tables

Downdraught benches provide a solution to the problems of airborne dust arising from hand sanding and finishing operations. Work is conducted the bench. The bench requires a separately specified suction fan and means of waste filtration.

We supply a range of fan and filter units to operate in conjunction with our downdraught benches, the size of which will depend on the number and size of bench to be served. The bench(es) may be connected to an existing extraction plant of suitable capacity. Each bench section is equipped with a low level duct connection port measuring 180mm in diameter and lipped for clip jointing. The table top metal slats can be covered in felt or timber by the end user to provide product protection and to concentrate suction on the work area.

Dryback Spray Booths

Our range of dryback filter spray booths are available in a range of sizes with accompanying fans units. Motors can be supplied flame proof if required to meet individual risk assessments.

All downdraught tables and spray booths can be manufactured to specific custom sizes if required. Contact a member of our team for more information.
