DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
Over the past 30 years the Woodwork Dust Control Company has completed the design, manufacture and installation of over 1500 complete extraction systems at schools, colleges, universities, prisons, hospitals, sawmills, joinery works, furniture manufacturers and panel processing plants across the UK and Ireland.
We offer a complete service from initial consultation and site survey through to system design, manufacture and installation.
What We Do
Consultation
Understanding the needs of the system not only for today but for tomorrow is essential. Our technical sales consultants will arrange a site survey and discuss your extraction requirements in detail.
Design
Using the latest CAD modelling software, our engineers will create a tailored extraction system unique to your needs. Detailed scale drawings showing every aspect of the system will be provided for approval.
Manufacture
Thanks to our continual investment in the latest CAM manufacturing technology, we are able to build custom extraction units and ductwork with minimal lead time. Units are assembled and tested prior to installation to ensure ongoing quality and reliability.
Installation
In coordination with existing site activities to minimise downtime, our dedicated team of P601 and P602 qualified extraction engineers attend site to assemble, install, commission and test the system.
Handover
Following successful installation of the system we will provide a user manual, logbook and LEV commissioning report detailing the performance of the system.
