Bagging Units

Customisable for internal or external use allows the fan to be separately specified dependent on the duty and filter speed.

The B range of filter units is designed for inside or outside use and permits a fan to be separately specified dependent on the required duty and filter speed. The unit is able to efficiently handle softwood, hardwood, MDF and sanding waste. The taller filters on the B units increase the filter area thus allowing greater extraction capacity for a given filter speed.

An automatic shaking mechanism is fitted as standard and operates each time the fan is shut down. The filter sleeves are manufactured from the highest quality 350g polyester needlefelt.

For the safe extraction of sanding dust, the B units incorporate ATEX explosion relief panels allowing the controlled venting of high pressure gasses should there be any combustion within the unit.

The unit is largely constructed of galvanised sheet steel and is supplied in knockdown form for on-site assembly.
